For an equity punk it’s shocking this is what we paid for. Continually signed out and the reset password link doesn’t work
It’s got worse
They updated it a week ago to fix the crash and now they’ve deprecated it and broken the QR code presentation. Pathetic. Wish I could give it minus stars.
Latest Update seems to have broken the app even more
I just downloaded the app, signed in and all I see now is that I do have 20 shares, get 20% online discount but apparently NO bar discount anymore and there is no code for bar staff to scan anymore!
Embarrassingly bad
Despite years of asking for fixes on the EFP forum this app is still trash. 1. It logs you out after around 10 minutes, logging back in should be a breeze but it isn’t as it’s not compatible with keychain or any other password manager. 2. The local bar discount only works if you’re logged into the bar’s data harvesting WiFi (completely unnecessary and it doesn’t actually tell you anywhere in the app that that is why the discount isn’t showing). A sorry state of affairs but an accurate reflection of the state of the company over the last 3-4 years

Always crashing
This is a terrible app always crashing never loads and being a share holder it’s meant to show my discount and just crashes ment to be a business that is for the future but can’t make a simple app that works and the other app to Oder to the table doesn’t even show the beers that are actually in the building.

Terrible app that is full of bugs. Nothing comes up when I go to my account and when I click ‘bars’ it closes the app.
Unusable
Went to Brewdog to play the pub quiz, the app crashes upon doing anything with the map or finding a specific bar. Logging in works but does not keep you logged in between sessions.
Badly written app
Does not make allowance for dynamic fonts.
I have poor eyesight and need to use larger fonts on the iPhone, doing so makes the app completely unusable.

Crashes every time you use it. The moment you select anything it crashes.

Every time I try to use the map to find a bar it crashes the app
Limited App
The app crashes every time I click on ‘find my nearest bar’ or after I use the map to find a bar and then click on the pin to see which bar it is. Been doing it for over a year now and still no resolution!

Simply doesn’t work!
Won’t store login details for a start. Moving into using the app, when I tap “find nearest bar” the app just crashes. Next to useless!

Tried downloading and reloading the app. It crashes everyone I try to click on a bar near me or if I try to choose the list of bars. It is therefore unusable
Don’t bother wasting your time
If only this app would work.. Open it ups and no matter what you want from it after just a few taps the app crashes and closes.. Seriously disappointing, just pleased that their drinks are a lot better 🤷🏼♂️
