Mobile Banking App
The app is not keeping up with the times. Since the new app came out months ago you can’t use bill pay if you have an iphone. Now I have an iphone X and you can’t use face recognition and still can’t use bill pay. You need to get a new company to create a better app. Talk to Bangor FCU they have everything up to date.

I just have to say a few things about Brewer FCU. I am probably a fairly typical customer. I honestly don’t think about how well they handle the business of “handling “ my business. Never having to think about Brewer FCU means that it’s not broken. A well managed asset like this one is probably the best compliment a financial institution can get. You have nothing to complain about and therefore you seldom hear what’s great. Well they are doing great. Everyone there has always been the best. Even when I have been stressed about an issue with my life, they’re going to get me through. No judgement, no matter what just answers and great service. Dave D please thank everyone there for me.

Outdated Credit Union
This mobile banking app has not been updated in 3 YEARS!! The fact that the Brewer FCU has not kept up with critical technology is downright alarming!!
Good app
Good app. Always handy to have your bank in your pocket. Could be a little sleeker and cleaner but otherwise fine to use.
