It doesn’t work!
For the last 2 months I’ve had to follow up to make sure my payment was received. Despite paying my rent on time, I’m charged a late fee, although I didn’t have to pay it, I have to call 2 or 3 times for additional instructions. This is ridiculous, your system does not work and causes me unnecessary stress.

The app NEVER remembers my log in even tho I hit it everytime to do so. It doesn’t use Face ID, which is a little tedious. I think the maintenance portal is sub par. Not all options are there when you select auto populated options. Announcements are never used — they send mass emails out to the residence. I think the announcement would be better, personally. I wish the resident discounts populated in app, instead of taking you to a whole new browser/window. I do love the ease of access when trying to pay your bill though. That is very nice. However, I think it’s extremely inconvenient to not have a two bank account or two card option, especially when the target residence I would believe are college students from UCBA… Nowadays roommates are HUGE. So being able to split payments is also huge!

Honestly one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. When I first leased they had a one stop setup website which made it easy to setup all utilities and insurance. App is very user friendly and easy to use!

BRG has great safe apartments. The app is user friendly. My only criticism is that the app requires you to always type the user name

Apple Pay is Broken
This horribly programmed application marks a balance as paid the moment you hit the Apple Pay option, and you can no longer accurately pay your balance from that point. You either have to wait 24 hours or pay blindly. Please do better, especially when you’re playing with people’s rent.
