Scanning & loading problems

I just got into using the app but I am having a lot of loading issues & when I scan a piece, it gives me none of the right pieces. I know you’re trying your hardest, but focus on the scanning issue first then loading issue.

Can’t even log into app

App requires that you make an account with email address to use it. I tried making my account with my email but never received the verification code in my email like it said I would. Then tried again, but app gives error saying that I already have an account with email address so I can’t make another one. But the thing is, is that I CANT GET INTO THE ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE WITHOUT THE VERIFICATION CODE! I have never had so many issues with an app that I can’t even use.
