They Take Care of You
They proactively sent me a new device after a fault was detected. Amazing! I didn’t even realize it before they contacted me saying a new one was ready to be shipped. The app works great, as does the desktop.
Nano
The Nano’s serves its purpose knowing the location of my automobile locations. Battery life is around 2 weeks, and priced right. Great customer service
New Update is a FAIL!
What did you do to this last update? This app used to track perfectly, but somebody took away the zoom capability so now the map doesn’t allow you to follow the driver in motion automatically!
When I open the app, the vehicle is automatically in a zoom map mode under”monitoring.” There is no longer a setting option to turn a zoom button on which would create a + and - button and a square button that would lock in the tracking for the zoomed in amount needed to see the drive from moving and the map would follow the driver now the map doesn’t follow anything. The driver disappears and I have to zoom out and manually move the map to follow the driver..
I hope someone sees this and create the fix to put that back. It must’ve been eliminated. I’m hoping on accident because it makes no sense and is not usable in the capacity it is now.

Don’t buy
The people that are tracking are from the Philippines they know nothing about our landscaping our locations how tall the buildings are they have every excuse in the world the tracker is never where they say it is, it can be miles away, so you’ll never know where it actually is. They don’t seem to work on weekends or after 5 PM so you can contact them and tell them that the tracker is not accurate or that it has moved. They simply go back in his history and they may find that it moved four hours ago, so they add it. Not actual.

This product works amazing! GPS coordinates are spot on! Very easy to use plug and play!
Horrible App
This is the most confusing app to try to use and configure. The device itself is simple and easy to install and set up. However the main feature is the app so you can actually track your car…in my case a teen driver who has a habit of sneaking out and turning off her phone. So getting notifications and setting up geofencing is vital to me and this app does not make it easy nor does it deliver.

Zero stars if it were possible
Customer service is worthless and made up of scammers. Didn’t use this service after the device fell off one of my cars. They wanted to still charge me after not having used the service nor could. Extremely unfair!
Old Version better
You used to be able to make geofences on the phone you can only do so on the browser and now I can’t select the resource so now I can’t make anymore….
Worst app ever
App is complete garbage. Basic functionality like have a password reset link on the login page of the app is only the beginning. A true moron programmed this thing!
Needs improvement
I have to agree with what others have said, it’s not user friendly. I am having trouble accessing features that were promised with a paid subscription. I do not get the notifications for speeding above the guidelines I set. I am not able to see when or where the speeding occurs. I do not get notifications on anything that I set up. I don’t see the app acknowledging the geofencing perimeters. Some of the stops and locations are not in the history. It’s selective about what locations it records in history. I’m not finding this gps locator to be worth the monthly subscription fee. The unit is well made and functional but it does not do everything promised

Works to track but extremely confusing to use
I got the Spark Nano 7 tracker for my teen son’s vehicle to monitor his location and speed and was able to easily set up the device however I’m finding both the app and website extremely confusing to use. On the app, I’ve finally figured out how to view his driving trips and see the max speed he reached for each trip, however that is all I’m able to do at this point. I’ve tried everything possible to be set up notifications for his speed, however I have yet to receive a notification despite being able to see through his trip history that he has exceeded tbe speed at which I set for the notification. This app really needs to be redesigned to be more user friendly. I fully expect to pay a monthly or annual fee for a monitoring/tracking service, however I’ve now paid the $215 for a year subscription and am unable to use the features that were advertised and that I wanted when I purchased and subscribed to this product.
I will say that the waterproof case is well designed and the magnet is strong enough to hold securely under the vehicle. The product itself is great, it’s this app that really needs an overhaul.

I need someone to break down the instructions like I’m a 5 yr old.
Since the… I’ve connected to both terminal (as intruded) current running the engine & dividing around for 30min (per instruction). Yet, I can register on the specific APP. I feel like I’m missing something (totally possible), but I’m really trying here. Anyone have similar experiences & or advice? Thank you so much for in advance!

This company doesn’t show you the full amount that you should pay before proceed with the service they charge me $1 172.76 and I was expecting to pay 29.99a month. Of course they show you the service plan only for a small fee but they don’t show you the full amount that you should pay before you proceed with the payment. They don’t specify the total amount for each service. And then they request my refound because the transaction it was completely a fraudulent.

GPS tracker.
I have had this unit on my vehicle for over six months. This is definitely not worth the money.
The device has to constantly be rebooted and even then it takes up to fifteen minutes for the system to work. Unfortunately I have a year contract with this device but I am not going to renew the contract and do not recommend this service at all.

Brickhouse Locate GPS
This is a garbage ap. I have to uninstall and then reinstall multiple times daily. It simply quits working and I get the spinning wheel of death. Absolutely terrible.
