Sucks balls

The only reason I gave it two stars is because when the app is working, it’s not horrible. This app definitely needs updating, from fixing bugs to just overall looks and navigation of the app… very outdated and not very user-friendly

They Take Care of You

They proactively sent me a new device after a fault was detected. Amazing! I didn’t even realize it before they contacted me saying a new one was ready to be shipped. The app works great, as does the desktop.
