Not sure hot to rate this app, as it does absolutely nothing when I open it.
It’s just a blank white screen, then an error pops up and nothing happens after that.
I’m not even sure how to contact support because it’s an empty screen.

There’s nothing in this app
I could only add my email address or create a poll. Nothing else. There’s a tab to add information but nothing prompts you, no where to type, etc.
It doesn’t look anything like what’s on the preview. Very disappointing.

Poor Support and Bad Design
I never leave app reviews, but I haven’t been a fan so far. I tried joining a squad, and the app said it would take a few minutes, but it’s been over an hour. I don’t think I’ve been added to the squad. My Home Screen in the app is blank.
Update: the “help bubble” mentioned in the reply is a gift icon that leads you to a page that says “you’ve been invited to participate in a study.” The only other thing in the bottom right is the calendar.
There is a help/support option if you tap the hamburger button (3 lines in the upper left corner), but it just leads you to Instagram or Facebook to message them for support. Bad design IMO—I have an Instagram, but how are people supposed to get help if they don’t have social media accounts?
I’ve tried joining the squad again, and I did get the confirmation email, but my app still hasn’t updated. I really would NOT recommend this app.

Since we released our new code feature people have loved it over adding by email which was our first release, so definitely want to get you the same experience that everyone else getting! I messed up and created my own squad instead of joining my best friends squad and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I messaged the help line and they fixed it within minutes! Super friendly and helpful! Would recommend the app to my friends and family, it is super cute and organized.

I love the Bridesquad app is perfect to connect with your bridal party. It’s easy to use and I love the format of the app. Making Wedding planning easy and great way to keep your friends up to date with everything!

I recently downloaded the app and was super happy with the whole setup, found it very easy to use, and was happy to have the added “to do lists” in each event. When a few of the girls in the party downloaded the app they did not connect with the event I had started, but in a quick back and forth it was resolved as simply as passing them my email address in the support messenger. Overall very happy with the experience!

Do yourself the favor brides!
New bride here! When my girls and I were planning my bach, everything was so hard to keep track of. This apps makes everything so simple and everyone can see it. Planning was so much easier and everyone was on board! Stay organized and get this app. Thank me later ❤️
One stop shop!
I just started using this app, and so far I love it! I will be part of a wedding this coming year and the bride was having trouble finding one place to communicate with the wedding party. I found this online and was surprised at how many cool things you can do on the app! I even had a question and messaged the support team. I got a response super fast and it definitely helped! Looking forward to using this app some more!❤️

User friendly and Easy to Manage $
This app is perfect for groups! For handling money and events this is simple and straight to the point. Would love to see the app be able to track the payments automatically but I know that’s an update the developers are working on already.

I can’t say enough how happy I am to have found this app. I’ve tried a few - but most of them didn’t live up to the hype or were super glitchy. Bride Squad is super simple and makes it fun to plan your friends Bach - the “make it rain” screen to pay people gets me every time 😂
At first I had an issue trying to add the bridal party, but support was incredibly helpful and made it point to follow up and add my suggestions to improve the app to their roadmap. Super excited to tell my bestie to use this app for when I become a bride to be!!!

BEST app for planning bachelorettes
After testing and installing a lotttttt of other apps, this is the one I stuck with. Other apps try to upsell you on their half-baked travel packages. What I love about this app is that they give you everything you need to actually plan your Bach (plus everything in between.) not to mention their expense tracker doesn’t glitch up like other ones I’ve used. Linking to Cashapp is a huge plus.
I appreciate that the developers care more about helping you with tools that work than trying to get you to buy something you don’t want or need. But it would be nice to have more suggestions for Bach ideas like the others. All in all love the app.

Super helpful
The expense tracker is on point, and the Cashapp link is so easy! Only thing I would add is the ability chat in the app. But you can open a text message or call right from the app. Chat already inside would make this 6 stars
Cant add bridesmaids!
What’s the point of this app if you can’t add bridesmaids?
