I uploaded a photo of my company’s logo as opposed to my face, and apparently that had offended their security measure of some kind and then I got generic. We can’t help you email responses from the support team.

Absolutely useless app.
If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. I had just made an account, and within 5 seconds, it was banned. I emailed support and they were utterly useless, just like their app. Telling me that apparently my account was flagged for "suspicious activity" even though I hadn't used my account for anything yet. When I emailed support, Miguel's response was an absolute joke. Telling me that no action could or would be taken through Getmyboat. Avoid this app at all costs, it's useless. The concept is great but unfortunately, the execution is egregious. If you make an account with Getmyboat, you should expect nothing less than having it banned within mere seconds of making it. Will not be using this app again, or recommending it to anyone.
