Terrible
Constantly logs out, when I try to sign in it give an error message. 70% of the time I cannot access text messages, overall a pretty crappy experience
Texting feature
I have no problems with the Bridge app for the phone feature. However, I have issues recently with viewing and sending text messages through the app.
Reception
I have horrible reception. Always having to call back on private line. I think I have to Charlene my provider. Trying new internet connections tomorrow or changing
An embarrassment of an app.
To call it junk is unfair to junk itself. With iOS app developers widely available for a reasonable cost what possible excuse is there for this abomination?
Needs Major Overhaul
This would be an awesome app if they did a major overhaul on it. Has lots of bugs that need worked out.
App Needs to be replaced
The only piece that works, which is inconsistent and laggy, is voice. Horrible application.
Can’t really use as it is
Bridge VIOP is typically adequate in office with computer based phones or hard phones. The mobile app often has a delay and tends to cut in and out to the point where I can no longer use it with clients. They usually blame the issues on cell service but I’m buried in 4G and 5G service and it does the same while on wifi (100+mbs service).

Not a fan of this app. It has a lot left to be desired and the app is like an old dog that can’t get off the porch any longer. He’s still a good dog, but he doesn’t really do much.
Keeps Updating
We love bridge phone system in our office but the mobile app is way behind. Needs major updating and always freezes up.
It’s OK
It’s great for regular phone calls. I can no longer access my voicemail or text messages from the app. Calls are clear and the quality is pretty nice. Just wish I could use the app as it was originally setup.

Phone delay
Phone delay lag is about 3-5 second.

Great tool to have while trying to work remotely from home.
Very Buggy
Lots of bugs. I had to uninstall it because it kept alerting me of incoming calls even when in DND mode.
