Update:
I finally got to register but it didn’t get better. It constantly couldn’t get a connection after taking a photo. It takes so long when it finally does accept the picture. The whole process shouldn’t have taken longer than 10 minutes, but it took slightly over 20.

I can’t even register because all fields are required and instead of letting me type in my state it has to connect to a server that it’s not able to connect to. Great. Absolutely great.

Horrible
After loading required photos and selecting submit, photos go away and cannot move on to information screen. No report generated. Big waste of time.
It can freeze or crash your choice
You start entering your information it’ll be a freeze it’ll crash or tell you there’s no network available. I was hoping it was gonna be less aggravating than driving three cars back-and-forth to an inspector, but I was wrong.
Worst App
As an agency owner we have customers come from all over for their inspections. This app works about 40% of the time if we are lucky causing a lot of frustration on both the agent and customer
Horrible functionality
App times out and clears all info and photos mid stream. Certain information requires the photos of the vehicle. For example, the plate number. In my state it’s too cold to stand outside for 20 mins filling out the application and it’s also tedious for the customer. App should allow customers in NY to do their own inspections. Not many but few reports don’t even apply to customers insurance.
