It can freeze or crash your choice
You start entering your information it’ll be a freeze it’ll crash or tell you there’s no network available. I was hoping it was gonna be less aggravating than driving three cars back-and-forth to an inspector, but I was wrong.
Worst App
As an agency owner we have customers come from all over for their inspections. This app works about 40% of the time if we are lucky causing a lot of frustration on both the agent and customer
Horrible functionality
App times out and clears all info and photos mid stream. Certain information requires the photos of the vehicle. For example, the plate number. In my state it’s too cold to stand outside for 20 mins filling out the application and it’s also tedious for the customer. App should allow customers in NY to do their own inspections. Not many but few reports don’t even apply to customers insurance.

Badly designed
Crashes all the time loosing all data on the app. Frustrating to use, worst customer survive when dealing with them. NEEDS an overhaul to be of any use .
Garbage
Not user friendly at all. Times out frequently and doesn’t allow an Insurance Company to be picked so you cannot continue through the inspection.

Did you actually give this app any thought?
CarCo reports are already a pain to complete as they were prior to this app, mostly because of New York State regulation. However the failure of CARCO to deliver on even remotely coherent application puts them in first place compared to New York State in terms of frustration when completing CARCO reports.This application has so many bugs and connection issues even with full cell phone service or Wi-Fi that it’s laughable. The fact I can’t import a taken photo on my phone camera roll into the required photos within the app is another issue.

Not user friendly
Hard to input all the policy info, vin #, and customer info from your phone. App times out when you are 1/2 way thru and you loose everything and have to start over. There should be a way to save the photos so you dont have to start over. Clients get aggravated when they have to sit and wait because of technical difficulties.

Scrolling
Can you add a search option that can be found by typing and not just scrolling? I find it hard to scroll through all. Why doesn’t the vin bring up the sticker with all the options. Why do we have to manually impute all the features?

If the CARCO app could rotate to when my device is horizontal????
