Purchased game not opening
Just bought Bridge to Another World the Others and it will not open after installing. Please help or refund my money. I have no problem with opening other games I have recently downloaded and played. Thank you

Sensors are off. Can’t play the game, you need to search all over the screen to find the spot that works..It’s very annoying. The game may be good, but I really don’t know sense I can’t get past the first scene without much difficulty...Please fix it.

I can’t get past the first scene....can’t tap on anything unless you are an inch to the left of the item...horrible and hard to find the right spot...i tried deleting and reinstalling the game but it still has the same error (problem).

Do NOT buy this game
I just purchased this game. I was hesitant bc I didnt see a free trial and I usually use the trial to see if the game will interest me. But it was on sale and I have enjoyed other “Bridge” games. Well, after purchasing, the game will not work at all! I dont know if it is glitch or what but the game is completely locked. I would like a refund but there isnt a way to notify anyone or request help.

This game stinks!
If I could give it 0 stars I would! I paid full price for this game and it locks up on the start up screen. It let me make a profile and set difficulty level then doesn’t go any farther. You can’t even get support for the game. Don’t waste your money!
Worth the price!
This is a great HO game! I really like the variety of puzzles and hidden object games within the game.
Also, I typically will finish a game within a day or purchasing...this one lasted me a few days...there is a LOT to do!

I have an iPad Pro and this game won't even start all the way. Can't get past first couple of screens... and r e a l - s l o w at that. Going to ask for refund...

I rarely give 5 stars, or even bother to review, but this deserves it! This is so much better than the current games coming out (April 2016) and still at the lower iPhone price. The whole fantasy world and its characters are original, quirky, creative and engaging. The story is involving for a change, you actually care about the characters and what is going to happen next and amazingly, the voice acting is actually good! That is my pet peeve with these games, how bad the voice-over talent usually is, but here it seems they actually hired real actors and what a difference it makes! Although there are so many fantasy based games out there, this one is somehow different, more engaging... Beautiful quirky art and characters, doesn't get tedious and boring like so many similar games. All the bells and whistles, transporting map that is easily accessible (not hidden inside the menu), custom settings, creative mini games and HOGs...

I've played this game at least 5 times now from start to finish, I absolutely love the visuals, mini games, and story line

Nice length. A few glitches near the end. It would shut down but then I just restarted and it continued where I left off.
