Delightful

I’ve been playing on this Bridge app for a few years now.
Playing multiple hands brings the experience of understanding the statistics and probability quite acutely.
I find I am a sharper bridge player by practicing here.

I wish for

Good app for duplicate bridge. But 2 additional items would strengthen the app. First, explain why some result in —- instead of a score. Second, allow review a board so one can improve their ability.

Another feature needed

When all hands pass, I would like option to review all hands. Also, if you Tap to Deal next hand, it would also be nice to have Review all hands similar to what you do at end of hand played.

Bridge V+, card game

This is a marvellous app a boon for Bridge lovers . In present days not many people are playing this game . I hardly saw any one less than 50 years old playing Bridge so people beyond 50s rarely find Bridge partners . So this is great app

Bug iPad?

Depuis quelques jours le jeux ne fonctionne plus :
* iPad 9ᵉ génération,
* iPadOS 26.5,
* Bridge V+ et Backgammon restent bloqués sur le logo WildCard,
* les mêmes applications fonctionnent normalement sur iPhone.

trumps

how do you lay trumps on the left hand side?

Decent but AI sometimes iffy

This is a decent app with good game play. But sometimes the AI gets it wrong. For eg 1NT to 4H when the partner only has 1H being the 5. I pass as no Texas transfers so it’s annoying playing paid for games when the AI partner is suspect.

Info All Wrong

This may be a good interpretation of Bridge, however the game presentation is ALL wrong. You have to search for the score card…WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE GAME!!! I have found bidding and play to be better than other Bridge games but complete lack of focus on the scoring renders it almost useless. Also when you find the scorecard it is so basic it could be from a game 30 years ago! Given the bidding algorithm I would be contemplating buying this but the visuals are primitive.

Help!

I downloaded and paid for this AP about 2 or so years ago. Then I got a new iPad and the iOS was updated and now suddenly I have to pay for it again!??

Response from developer

Bridge cannot automatically login to your iTunes acct to obtain purchase info. Choose Buy now, then 'Restore' option to sign-in to iTunes + fetch your existing purchase receipt.

Best value app in the app store.

I’ve had this for about seven years and still play it regularly. Well worth the purchase price to get rid of the adverts. Works without internet too.

Finally understand this game

Your opponents more often than not get the hands and they no exactly what to play to win
Your partner on the other hand makes some outrageous bids that you have no chance of winning and doesn’t know what cards to play to win. So the best way to attack this game is to be the best loser

Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback. It's pretty unclear what are the 'best cards' in any given hand or indeed what you mean by 'win'. Making a contract does not necessarily need aces everywhere. Either way, choose the 'Select hand' option (Rubber Bridge), choose e.g. Slam points and only play those hands if that is what you prefer to play.

Was okay but…

I have enjoyed playing this app but it has suddenly started playing a strong NT even though 12-14 is ticked in the bidding. It’s no longer workable.

Slam scoring wrong.

When making a slam the score should include the game bonus as well as the slam. Defensive play is very weak and does not get better. RETURN YOUR PATNERS LEAD,

Partner never recognized a part score

I would give this a higher score if I could rely on partner to stop bidding when game is reached with part score plus bid.

Dummy’s hand play lot to be desired

Especially in NT leads. No weightage to bidding calls seems to be given. Blindly leads per its own hand only. In general hand play is solely based on its own hand an not Partners or indeed opponents. Quite basic.

The bot partner bidding is pathetic, please fix this

I have the paid version of this game. I like playing Bridge on my phone. The bot play is good. The partner bot bidding is pathetic and very very frustrating. My bot partner with 14 points, five hearts and four diamonds just did an opening bid of one diamond. I had 8 points and three hearts and one diamond. This makes no sense that I could not bid to fit my partner‘s hand because bot’s opening bid was ridiculous and should have been one heart. This makes me never want to respond to the bot partner with any kind of bid because the bot partner has not been programmed to bid correctly or to even respond correctly to a bid. Please please fix this! It makes me never want to play this app again.

Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback. Without the Deal Id so we can play the hand and selected bidding conventions it is tricky to know exactly why the AI has chosen 1D over 1H as an opening bid. 1D is an entirely reasonable opening bid, blindly bidding 1H just because there are 5 hearts is not always the most sensible bid, e.g. if most/all hearts are low cards.

Rigged

AI gets all the best cards 95% of the time so you can never win, I guess so you have to buy tickets

IT DOESNT WORK

I ACCIDENTALLY PAID £7.99 TO USE THIS APP HAVING PREVIOUSLY PLAYED CHICAGO FOR NOTHING. I CANNOT GET PAS A SCREEN WITH LOTS OF CARD BACK OPTIONS AND A LARGE FINGEER POINTING AT ONE OPTION. NOTHING I DO CAN GET ME PAST HIS SCREEN. ICANNOT SELECT BRIDGE TOURNAMENTS, CHICAGO OR RUBBER. I WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT CAN’T FIND ANY WAY OF ASKING FOR IT! IT DOES NOT ESERVE THE 1 STAR I AM FORCED TO GIVE IT

Fabulous

Great set up, reasonable prices, excellent free game,by far one of my favorite game apps, most of which are card games

New bridge player

I have been learning to play bridge and use this app to work on basic skills. I particularly like the explanations of the bids when you tap on them. My disappointment however is the pop up ads. I even paid the 7.99 to get rid of them but I still get ads. Please help.
