Great revamp of app!
This new version of your app is 1,000,000,000,000,000 better. I actually stopped going to Starbucks literally because of this new app update. You should add pictures to the product categories though. Without pictures it looks like the products aren’t available.

It prompted me on the app for an update and then redirected me to “Edelweiss Coffee” which is made by the same app developer, but that’s a completely different coffee company

The staff and products at Bridgehead Iris Street are fantastic. I love that Bridgehead is Canadian!

It makes the process much smoother and remembers convenient details. Redeeming rewards takes a second to figure out, but once you do it’s really easy.
Iced coffee no longer on the new app.
I love ordering through the app, but cannot find my favourite Beidgehead drink. For those of us who drink iced coffee year round, please put it back on the menu within the app.

I miss the old app where I had $$ on a card. Recommend adding an option where we can ask for wraps and things heated like the previous app. Necessary for breakfast wraps.
App Issues
Lots of problems trying to open new app account and apply payment. Still not resolved and I have been on location during the whole process.
Where did my points go
This app needs some work. My biggest complaint, all my points from the previous app are gone.

Can’t pay at the cash with the new app
Thé apps works great in terms of ordering online. I’m the kind of person that likes to order in person and while my account is loaded with $$, I haven’t found a way to pay at the cash with it. Could be just me!
