Good app could be better
The app is much better than the old one, but a few things that could improve: 1. Showing sizes and recipes for all drinks. How big is a flat white, cappuccino, or cortado? Is your cappuccino a single or double shot? Does the large latte have more coffee than the medium or just more milk? 2. It asks for feedback for every order which is annoying. 3. It takes a lot of button pushes to reorder a drink. I order the same thing every day from the same location, I would love if I could do this in one or two clicks. Thanks!

No Idea
I purchase coffee for home use. This app is not useful for that. It starts by asking me to select a location. I don’t care about location, I just want to select roasted beans and get it delivered. I have no idea how to do that with this app.
Select Diary Error?
The Select Dairy section seems to have an error? I can’t select any other options than the default Milk (the radio buttons doesn’t have any response) Not sure if I just wasn’t able to customize my dairy options but that seems more odd!
Doesn’t link to existing accounts
The app won’t recognize my existing account even when using the same phone number
Existing accounts aren’t recognised
No idea if the new app is good or not, as I can’t get past the onboarding screen. Existing credentials aren’t recognised and I’m prompted to sign up as a new user… but then I’ll lose my reward points
