Awkward app
It’s an awkward app, requiring your to write “yes” for location, which I find so annoying. But even more annoying it pushes out promo codes to you that NEVER work, and the whole ordering process is so convoluted, that going back and changing anything is very tedious.
Missing functionality
Ordered a smoothie which was requested for 45 mins from order time. Got to the restaurant 30 mins later to have the lady tell me that my smoothie was waiting for me for a while.
Terrible experience for both restaurant staff and customers. We should also be able to rate our order. Over a barebones app that I will likely never use again.
