Latest update was long needed
I am so happy with the latest update! Adding Apple Pay and updating the UI made it a lot better with the same feel in the app.
Back to the little annoying bugs…
Like the fact that every morning I get to the very end, successfully confirm payment, then get booted back out to login and check out again. Sigh… it really is “one step forward, two steps back.”
Happy to see Apple Pay Integration!
App seems a lot more stable now and the addition of Apple Pay is great.
App works like dream now.
Apps is very stable. Order always on time. I would suggest pining favourite order on main screen. After you click on favourite order , order get filled up on predetermined location using same credits card. So no more 4-5 screen answering question every time you are ordering favourite drink.

Logouts
App logs you out of your account constantly. Doesn’t save passwords when remember me is selected. I’ve had to change my password way too many times. Works out good for the company when you can’t collect all of your points cause the app has logged you out and there’s people behind you in line. Should be an easy fix for a developer as it’s the only app on my phone that does this.

Has not worked in years
This app does not and has not worked in years . I don’t know for the life of my why I kept it? Hopwfully someday I could simply place an order using it? Or maybe check my loyalty points ? Nope. The main screen loading is too much to ask for.
Absolutely awful app
Total garbage of an app. Bridgehead should fire or terminate the contract of the developers who did this complete abysmal product.
Continues to be terrible beyond belief
BHead changed a perfectly good app a couple of years ago and now nothing but grief.
It is the worst app ever and the help desk can’t fix it. Can’t load money to the credit card and lost $ in the old transition.

Froze up at the cash, couldn’t get my barcode
Really embarrassing to be standing at the cash wasting everyone’s time just to get a barcode.
Could you add back the Apple Wallet integration so I can just load from there? I miss it every time I go to Bridgehead, it was so handy.

Buggy app
This app simply does not work and the developer will not answer my emails. Bridgehead, you can find a better app developer!

At all. A white screen is all it shows.
Web app?
It’s clearly just a web app. Please transition to a native iOS app, this is rough to use.

Consistently rejects my credit cards
I am unable to register my cards, any of them. No explanation, no help. I give up.

Payment is awful
Won’t use Apple Pay and it always gives me payment failed error when I try to use a saved card. Have tried deleting and re-adding, no luck. Terrible mobile app for ordering ahead.
