As of March 1st 2026, not working at all
As the title says, as of March 1st, 2026, the points program is not working: at multiple interactions, the cashier had to wait for 2 to 5 minutes after the scan to confirm the card and accept payment, so the user has to wait at the counter for all that time if they want to collect points. Furthermore, the scan failed independently and we had to enter my phone number, so there isn’t a point to the app, we can just use the phone number. The 2-5 minute wait problem persisted regardless.

I downloaded this app, made an account, put the loyalty card in my apple wallet, and received my coffe for free, in the time it took 1 car in front of me to get their order (and my intention is to praise the app, not criticize the drive-thru)
