Tip added to total
Careful they add extra tip at the end without asking. You can manually remove it but it feels like a scam. That tip probably doesn’t even go to the employees.

Offers don’t work and the point system is a scam.
Everytime I get close to 1500 points for a small burrito, 500 POINTS GET ERASED. Also, the OFFERS DONT WORK, you guys should work on this and make it possible to redeem this.

Gift Cards Do Not Work
So the store cannot scan the gift cards. They advised me to add it to the app. I did and the app shows my card with the balance but does not allow me to select it as a method of payment. So now I have a gift card I cannot use!

Checkout not working
Unable to checkout any orders, APP refuses to populate any information. Corporate needs to fire and rehire a new IT team. Pure incompetence, wouldn’t trust them to run a bath.
