Checkout not working
Unable to checkout any orders, APP refuses to populate any information. Corporate needs to fire and rehire a new IT team. Pure incompetence, wouldn’t trust them to run a bath.

Poorly developed app
Besides the fact that none of my points get synced or registered after every purchase, whenever I do the spin to win I’ve only received points once. Every time I’ve spun since then it’s been no wins.
No option for side sauce
You can only order hot sauce on the side now but no other options like sour cream or the mayos . Please fix

Poor app customer service
My first time using the app it said the payment froze twice when I tried fo Apple Pay. I was on my work break so I gave up and went somewhere else.
As I got no notification that my order went through I thought nothing of it.
The next day I checked and it said the order went through despite the app saying payment froze.
So when I used the customer service part of the app to sort
Out the issue, the customer service people took many days to respond only to tell me that I have to go hat in hand in person to the location and ask for a refund.
The customer service team did offer some free Quesada points.
I’m rather disappointed that the inconvenience of the app has only led to even more inconvenience.
And if I accept the points, then I will have to continue using the app which led to the inconvenience in the first place.
Nice budget burritos though.

Too many notifications
I have push notifications disabled in the app but it's stil constantly spamming me. Nobody needs to be notified about burritos three times per day.
Impossible to use offers
Not at all user friendly. Can’t even load offers that are offered. Quesada needs to spend more time and effort to make it user friendly.
Can't choose store delivery location
Every time I try to use the app it says the store's menu is unavailable. Why can't I select another location to get delivery from? It's not like the other locations are much further from each other

Spin to win gimmick
Prizes and promotions seem like a waste of time… there are no deals or real prizes… just a maximum of 25 points? What’s the point? Feel like a gimmick more than anything….
Worst points system
The points system is laughable at this point, you have to spend tons to get at least some points that would redeem a burrito, and their spin a wheel scam, I’ve spun multiple times and still no wins, better luck next time for every spin.

I have never ordered and had my order even started by the time I show up to the restaurant I always have to wait longer than the estimated prep time.

Can’t get into app anymore. Won’t accept a zip code
Stupid app is for a Canadian company and asks for a Zip code lol. So when I enter a zip code, it won’t accept it. Then tried to force us to allow them to share and sell our data to third parties.
