As of March 1st 2026, not working at all
As the title says, as of March 1st, 2026, the points program is not working: at multiple interactions, the cashier had to wait for 2 to 5 minutes after the scan to confirm the card and accept payment, so the user has to wait at the counter for all that time if they want to collect points. Furthermore, the scan failed independently and we had to enter my phone number, so there isn’t a point to the app, we can just use the phone number. The 2-5 minute wait problem persisted regardless.

I downloaded this app, made an account, put the loyalty card in my apple wallet, and received my coffe for free, in the time it took 1 car in front of me to get their order (and my intention is to praise the app, not criticize the drive-thru)
Constant Payment Verification
You know what makes me stop using an app and that business losing my patronage? Constantly having to verify my payment information so that I cannot place mobile orders on the fly. Which is the whole point of having the business app.

Although in the store, they accept AMEX but on the app, they don't. What an inconvenience!

I didn’t visit that often, but I did have enough points for a reward or 2. All gone on the last update. They changed my phone # to 555-5555 too. The location nearest my house is BRUTAL, so I’m not even mad, but that’s not the point.
Payment and points
The app used to be better when you didn’t have to scan twice to do points and the payment. Annoying for the staff and the customer.

L’application ne fonctionne jamais
Chaque fois que j’arrive au café, j’attends et attends et attends. On finit par me demander si j’ai une commande et je dois la répéter. Après trois fois, j’ai demandé qu’on m’explique, qu’on vérifie si j’entrais bien mes infos dans l’application. On m’a répondu que oui, que tout était bien fait de ma part, que ce n’était pas moi mais que « l’application ne fonctionne pas ». Hein??? Pourquoi?? Pourquoi suis-je encore en mesure de commander dans l’application si le restaurant de Laurier Québec ne reçoit jamais ma commande? Votre app sera-t-elle mise à jour?

love second cup but please fix the language and offer feature
whenever i want to see or use an offer it’s only in french, and there is no description underneath it as well… i wanted to use my free coffee offer today but apparently it only applies to brewed tea but it isn’t listed anywhere that it’s exclusively tea. very deceiving. and then when i want to order online and pickup in store i can’t add my offer to check out. please fix the app it’s very unusable and not thorough.
