Bridges is designed so nurses, aides, chaplains, social workers, and office staff can handle the administrative side of the job in moments, wherever they are. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Bridges is for authorized Bridges Hospice staff and requires a staff account to sign in. The app does not collect or share patient health information for advertising or marketing.
