Cant connect account

Was just billed for an annual membership for an account I don’t have access to. Can’t contact the developers. No email connected to my account. No option to log in. Cannot view any connected credit card. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Scam

Since I bought lifetime access, I can no longer use the app - instead I'm prompted to subscribe, even though I just did exactly that. I have literally paid for nothing. I've already tried contacting customer service twice and haven't even gotten a response. What a scam!

This sometimes happens after reinstalling the app or switching devices — you can try restoring your purchase through the app's "Restore Purchases" option. Lack of effort in programming

When you click the right answer it says its wrong because it has the same word duplicated. And this repeats for pretty much all tasks.

Thank you for this app. I’m a Muslim who strayed away from the Deen. This is helping me learn the right way. I wasn’t misguided firstly. Just wasn’t explained in a way I could understand it. This is helping me understand and feel more comfortable.

Really enjoying the app but… why is there only phrases with ‘he’? I’d like to learn them with ‘she’!

Easy and fun

This app has been a great first exposure to Arabic words. Rather than trying to learn sentence structure, alphabet and grammar — this approach simply exposes you to everyday words. It teaches you how the words sound and walks you through how they are spelled in English and Arabic. Daily time commitment is about 20ish minutes and its habit forming. I’m up to 700+ words. I look forward to reaching 1,000 and believe this will help me when I do try to learn grammar and sentence structure. Even the Arabic letters and sounds are becoming more familiar after using this app, even though it’s not the primary focus. Free Palestine!

It’s just not for me

App is a bit glitchy, like the sounds don’t work unless you click on them but you first have to wait for animation to stop playing. I don’t know why the survey asks if you want to practice grammar, because it only focusses on learning words. It’s just not for me.

Not as advertised

I’ve been using this app for about four months and subscribed to the 6-month plan. The advertisement says we can master Arabic if we memorize at least 5,000 words. However, there are only about 994 words available in total — not even 1,000, let alone 5,000. This is quite disappointing.

Beware Caution Scam

I took up a special offer advertised at AED 149.99 and made the purchase, only to later receive a notification showing I’d been charged AED 233 instead. What’s worse, despite having already sent an email query about this, I have not received any response at all, which is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Usability

Not a bad app but it is incredibly frustrating trying to complete the Arabic words when there is no space button. You get the word wrong because the app can’t handle it. The sound prompts don’t work automatically and there is no way to write to the developers as this is disabled in the settings. The lessons are good though and I hope it improves.
