Bright Capture

BrightCapture Mobile is the companion app for BrightCapture users, designed to help accountants and their sole trader clients stay on top of MTD for Income Tax records throughout the year. Capture invoices and receipts on the go and send them straight to your accountant, where they're processed in BrightCapture, with data extracted and VAT split automatically. The data is then posted into BrightBooks ready for your quarterly MTD updates. What you can do: Photograph invoices, receipts, and expense documents and send them straight to your accountant. Not ready to submit? Save as a draft and come back to it later. Track everything you've sent in one place, so your records are always up to date. Getting started: You will be required to sign in with your email address and password. Contact your accountant if you don't know your login details or have not yet received an invitation. Once signed in, you can capture and submit documents immediately. All processing happens in your accountant's BrightCapture account. About your data: The app collects the document images you capture and metadata about your submissions (timestamps, document types, recipient).
