Signed up for the £20 bonus and never received. Back and forth with Lovely Gertrud from customer service for a month or two, she is still waiting for a reply from the escalation team. Get your act together guys. Not. On.
App doesn’t work
There is an issue with the app now as the navigation buttons work. I see that the app hasn’t been updated in a while so may be due one.
Stopped working properly
Suddenly can not click dashboard, growth, activity and profile on the app. Unusable

It’s well set up and easy to use app and it gives you good information and options as to the risk levels you can invest your pension in.
