The app has zero support over the weekend and there’s no one to contact when you have an emergency and you need to use the money.

90% of my time on this app is spent looking at the login screen.
It locks me out after just a few minutes.
There is no Face ID for quickly getting back in.
The email address it requires on the initial screen wasn’t even an email input until just recently.
I have an iOS keyboard shortcut to type my super long work email address by just entering a few letters. But this login input doesn’t let me use the shortcut. I must type it manually every single time.
Your KPI on “time spent on login screen” is through the roof though!

Solid experience and regular improvements
I can find everything I need very quickly as the app is easy to navigate. I salute the developers for the work they are doing to continuously improve the experience and expand the functionality. My most used feature is definitely the wallet where I can quickly check balances, upload receipts, request reimbursements, etc.
