Beware
As a US business based in the insurance industry, my experience was extremely bad. 1. There’s no phone support for US businesses at all.
2. A few years back they out of the blue changed providers (they’re not the actual bank for US accounts) and I had to up and change all my payments rapidly.
3. The icing on the cake was that about a month ago they randomly decided to review my accounts and asked for business documentation, I provided it, they rejected it. I resubmitted and got rejected. Texted with customer service and they told me the documentation was totally good after they spoke to the reviews team, so I submitted it and it got rejected (I provided federal and state documentation, I provided the exact specific docs they named wanting, you name it). After going back and forth with them for weeks, they out of the blue permanently froze and shut down my accounts.
