Expensive
If you’re small business it’s perfectly handy as you can use it for invoices etc. But once you grow and have to start using some accounting software then paying for this account doesn’t make a sense as you can have free business account with any local bank.
False reward scheme - they don’t pay out
I’ve been a Revolut business holder for 3 years. 2 months ago I referred my husband’s business through their reward scheme and should have received £600 for it.
He used my referral link and followed all the steps correctly and deposited 120k!
When I didn’t receive the reward I enquired about it. They claimed he didn’t used my personal referral link when I know for a fact that he did as I was there. They said that something must have glitched on their end and that they couldn’t do anything about it. It was like talking to a wall. Needless to say that my husband closed his account and I’m now also looking for another bank.
They preferred losing 2 customers rather than admit their mistake and send £600 as they claimed in their countless emails!
It’s not even for the money but this showed me that they are not human, it’s simply computer says no… zero customer service and they definitely don’t value their customers.
I don’t want that from my bank.

Hi everyone, I am sharing my experience one of Revolut team member Zack contact with me regarding account creation after submitting all required documents what they demand and they water my 10 days at the end they said we can not open your account even I am doing legit business on eBay form 1.6 years and I provided all documents.
Lloyds business offer me account even did not require too much documents.
Such a terrible team even team don’t know every document in showing on Company house pathetic team has zero knowledge worst experience ever.
I don’t recommend to anyone don’t waste your time with Revolut.

Não reconhece o meu documento para validação. Vi em vários canais de comunicação que esse erro acontece com várias pessoas. Uma etapa tão simples que nunca tive problema em qualquer outro banco! Se nem a verificação consegue fazer imagina o restante dos serviços que oferecem. Se dizem ser o banco de Elite cobrando até R$700 por uma assinatura e esse aplicativo horrível po não conseguir verificar uma coisa simples como um documento para criar uma conta!

Ich bin bisher wirklich extrem zufrieden mit Revolut Business. Ich habe davor mehrere andere Anbieter für mein Unternehmen genutzt und gerade bei internationalen Zahlungen oder höheren Beträgen gab es ständig Probleme. Zahlungen wurden teilweise tagelang geprüft, Überweisungen haben unnötig lange gedauert oder man musste immer wieder zusätzliche Nachweise einreichen.
Bei Revolut Business ist meine Erfahrung bisher komplett anders. Selbst bei höheren Beträgen läuft alles überraschend schnell und unkompliziert. Internationale Zahlungen kommen schnell an, der Währungswechsel funktioniert problemlos und generell fühlt sich alles deutlich moderner und effizienter an.
Gerade wenn man geschäftlich viel mit Kunden und Lieferanten aus verschiedenen Ländern arbeitet, ist es extrem wichtig, dass man sich auf seinen Zahlungsanbieter verlassen kann. Bisher funktioniert Revolut Business für mich mit Abstand am besten von allen Anbietern, die ich genutzt habe.
Kann ich definitiv weiterempfehlen.
