Money delay
I went to try and send money to Mexico which I have done before through western union but this time it said 0-4 business days so it wouldn’t let me know exactly when it would be available until after I made the transfer final. Then it let me know it would four flipping days. It didn’t give an option for any quicker time. If you need to send money to Mexico find another way because this app doesn’t care about your timeline

Disappointed app
The app feels like it’s from early 2010s. Not easy to add a bank account, sometimes not responsive when you hit send, old information from ages ago hidden somewhere in the app, not an intuitive user interface, etc. Go interview some users and significantly update the app.

Not happy with the service
Been using WesternUnion for years, never had issues but recently for the past two months roughly I am not able to send money or do any transactions of sorts called customer service customer service says go to the main store and talk to the representative representative at the store says call customer service it’s problems after problems also went to the store and tried sending money directly. Their system is down and not working also. Not happy with Western Union. I would’ve gave him a one star but I had no problems for years, but I’ve been having problems recently for two months nonstop.

CAN YOU GET VISA TO STOP SECURITY CHECK WITH A CODE?! Visa WONT SEND OT TO MOBILE AND WHEN BISA SENDS TO EMAIL IT GOES TO JUNK MAIL. I CALLED MY BANK COMPLAINING TO THEM BUT THE PROBLEM WAS VISA
