Ive been using ria for abt more than 4-5 years now and never had no problems or issues regarding the transfers very simple anyobe can use it very reliable no scams . Also very fast services. Thank you ria.
Terrible Experience – Transaction Never Completed

Can give zero stars
I initiated a money transfer through Ria on August 16, and as of August 25, the transaction still has not been completed.
I contacted customer support multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to remove my account and add it again later. On top of that, my transaction was eventually canceled, after I had already been waiting for more than a week.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. When you’re using a money transfer service, you expect your transaction to be handled reliably and any problems to be resolved quickly. Instead, I lost a lot of time following up with support without getting a proper solution.
Very disappointed with Ria’s service and customer support. I would not recommend relying on this app for an urgent money transfer.

El dinero no llega al instante!! Entonces cancelas la transferencia y ya van 3 días y ellos no han aprobado la cancelación de la transferencia … se quedan con el dinero envíes o canceles!!! Son demaciado irresponsable… les escribe y solo dicen q se intentan comunicar con el banco …
