Made it so hard for me to send money abroad
I used to use this App monthly to send money, now I switched to another App because Xoom made it so difficult for me to send money… every transaction was delayed and they requested more information form me when I never had issues for many year. I tried to be patient but they never helped me resolve the issue or explain to me why my transactions would not go through

Sad to see how the feed was increasing and nobody could do anything to avoid it
