Xoom made a mistake
Xoom mistake and sent the money to the wrong phone number on M-PESA. I had to dispute this on my bank account plus call customer service. Customer service eventually agreed that they have made a but still have frozen my one bank account because of the mistake they made. I repeatedly asked them to unfreeze the account, but they I have switched to another money transfer service.

5 days to verify, but they pull the money within 24h then I have to wait 5 days for them to process the transaction, now I have to wait for time bc they have a technical issue while my fund show “available to pick up by 8am”… this app is a joke….
