Horrible infrastructure and very confusing to understand

I have been using PayPal for years and suddenly my account gets frozen after someone sends me money. Every button is hard to understand and the process of getting money out is even more complicated. I have other apps like Venmo and cashapp and will definitely stick with those. PayPal is terrible.

Flimsy where it counts

Payments to PP credit show against wrong offers, often breaks on ios after payment confirmation screen, authentication doesn’t work if app is open already
Help is useless, funnelling users to ai bot which knows nothing more than an faq page

I love paypal, but the app sucks. I just wanted to track my package, and forces me to download the app rather than just being able to use the browser. To put the cherry on top, even after installing the app I cannot see the package tracking.

I use PayPal, but let’s be honest. The PayPal website look so archaic, so Stone Age. I feel like I am back to the 90’s when I login to the website.
