Be careful when you try to get a refund through them, I had an issue where I was scammed and they never issued my refund. I talked to my bank and multiple of their agents and they put the blame on me, saying I had closed the case when I hadn’t. So be careful using this app.
Scammer App
They changed me twice for the same purchase and then closed out my account for "suspicious activity" then hours later they charged me for 99¢ and then $588.07. Close out your accounts with these scammers.
Terrible, absolutely terrible
Doesn’t let me transfer money onto my account. I called customer service for help and I did exactly what she told me to do and then they locked me out of my account. So now I have to wait 3-5 business days for it to open back up!!!
Hard to track packages
Had to say no to 20 different requests and notifications just to see where my package is.

Awful. You’d think I’d be able to transfer money easily. Why does it give me an error every time I try? You have one job. I will never use PayPal again(once I get my money out)
Worst customer service ever
Worst experience. I just got paid 50 bucks. And wanted to take the money out. First of all, can’t even find my account balance anywhere. The button to withdrawal doesn’t exist from my research. And yes I linked my bank account and even gave it my ssn (why does it even need this?)

Stopped working in iOS 26.6 and after
If you want to spend all day trying to open this app or deleting it and reinstalling it feel free started out on an iPhone 13 once it got to 26.6.2 app was completely useless along with about a dozen others I regularly use. upgraded to a 16 Pro, that thousand dollars was useless because the app still doesn’t work.

Always check reviews by most recent. You’ll see this app has terrible reviews.
The resolution system is pathetic and useless. If you need to contact PayPal good luck. Hitting the contact us button just takes you to the FAQ where you’ll run around in circles not getting anywhere.
There’s $100 hanging in limbo because it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone.
Update. Never got my money back. PayPal kept it.
Also PayPal converted my personal account to a business account and completely froze it. Despite months of trying to get resolution on both these issues there isn’t any.

Don’t use this garbage
Why do you guys keep playing with my ability to send money through my bank account? Some days I can do it no problem, others it wont let me and it forces me to my debit card which charges me a fee. Its infuriating.

It would be nice if they even pretended not to be selling your data. Every four seconds there is another pop up asking if you want to get their credit card. Guys, Elon sold this a long time ago, you’re allowed not to be predatory losers.

I can’t understand 8/10 customer services employees, they take weeks to solve a obvious refund, they charge full amount whithout my autozrization when I pay with pay later, they made your life impossible when you want to close your account. It’s way easy simple use Klarna or your Credit Card
