The app is frustrating to use and the customer service is horrible for this app. Would give 0 stars if I could

The app is meant to be some kind of financial online safe, you can tap to your balances/statements etc, and the pages get stuck. For such a long history of a brand, I would not expect PayPal to have such a terrible UI, respectfully.

Useless app
Has to be one of the most useless app and system Ive ever tried to use. Can’t link any account. Takes “fees” when they want and can’t transfer any funds. When calling they’re just as useless as the terrible quality app.

Not User Friendly
Normally, the app seems to work OK but now there are security blocks in place that will randomly stop you from adding money to your account for no reason. Helpdesk tells you that it will refresh in one to two hours and then you’ll be OK but that’s not true. It’s been almost a day and I still can’t use it. When I contact them, there’s no reason for the security limits. They just tell you to sit around and wait. It would be better off to try and Cash app or resolute.

PayPal fast is totally rubbish takes about a hour for money from another account to go in. Won’t be using is and deleting.

I am trying to dispute a subscription and all of a sudden my PayPal goes blank
Doubling purchases and flat out taking money
I will make a purchase and then it will be double charged with the money taken from my account with no history of the order or email. Just taking the money.

Esta aplicación es la peor con la q me tocado lidiar, es en extremo una pérdida de tiempo y de dinero. Sin hablar de todos los descuentos q hacen por todo ,te retienen el dinero simplemente por q les da la gana y el día q menos te lo esperas te cierran la cuenta sin mas con tu dinero retenido y simplemente te dicen q tienes q esperar 180 días para ver si te lo devuelven.😡Le doy una estrella ya que no deja dar menos , porque si fuera por mi ni eso se merecen 😡 , es una falta de respeto 😡

App for iPad Is Not Good
This App is not formatted to work well with the iPad. First of all, the layout is in Portrait Mode as if you are using it on an iPhone. On an iPad it should be in Landscape Mode. You can barely see your complete information. You have to swipe left and right to go back and forth to view your information. I highly suggest just using their website. Oh, and speaking of their website, along with the iPad App, you cannot download your statements on the iPad. It only works if you access PayPal from a computer.

Not getting my money

Refused to delete my account for years and so much more.
No way is the Apple version any good.
Shame. App does not work properly on my iPad. . I downloaded the app from the App Store so that I could use it to manage my PayPal account on my iPad rather than using my trusty windows laptop. What a mistake! The app is totally over the top with its logging in process. Not sure how safe my facial recognition data is. Also contains other details shown on my drivers licence which are not relevant to their business purposes. That aside, the Apple version appears to have forgotten about using a key code rather than a password. I will be deinstalling this app and reverting back to the windows laptop.

I downloaded this to be able to start commissions. When I tell you that nothing worked. I couldn’t add my card number or my address. Useless. Fix it.
Stay away
Poor support when you’re charged by vendors that should have stopped automatically billing. Other apps are more responsive and consumer focused.

I do not know how to give reviews specifically to the customer agent service who assisted me but I remember her name was Katy Angeline! Thank you very much for your support . I was able to get the issue finally fixed on my PayPal account . I have had terrible experience with PayPal but at least this gave me a glimmer of hope in PayPal once again!
