I would never recommend this app to anyone!!! 🤢 They are pathetically incompetent. What a terrible and ridiculous experience with this awful app.
There’s no option to give 0 stars, unfortunately.
This is because I tried to make a quick transaction, and it turned out to be the exact opposite.
Their customer service is terrible—they don’t solve anything or help you at all.

Beware on their Money holding scheme
This app will hold your money due to KYC (understandable) but after you complied they will hold your money until you forget it and they will not give any assurance whether they can still process the payment or do a refund to you. The agents via will say different things to you like you got most unfortunate circumstance that all banking error happened. Use the app but be vigilant and patient enough not to get frustrated. No proactive approach to customers you have to ask why is your payment is pending that’s the only time they will tell you what is going on!

I needed to send money for a family emergency and it never made it. I began receiving emails that I needed to provide my social. After the fact that I already provided my social and my ID on the app. I believe that the agents that work for this company are scamming users. I am still working on getting my money back. They do not care about their users. It makes me very upset, knowing I should’ve used another app I still made the terrible decision to use this one. Never again, I do not recommend. Use BOSS
