My account has been blocked for over four days now no one tells me why they keep telling me their review team is looking into it, but I received no updates. Well it’s been over a month now my account is still blocked. No one tells me why I just keep being told it’s under review.

I sent money once, and they deducted it from my bank account 4 times for the same transfer. I reached out to them, and instead of helping me, they told me to reach out to my bank. I will sue the ### of them.
Worst service ever
They really do have bad service. They take 24 hour to process the transaction and then too every time they need additional verification of recipient’s Documents. And it’s not like I’m sending it to different people , still and then they take around 24 hours ( again ) to then process that info. It’s really frustrating please avoid this kind of service

Remittances isn't same day process. It's been three days and all I received is false promises. No details or compensation for the delay. Had to experience this more than once.

It works great when it’s working. Then you get blocked for no reason and you can’t get a hold of customer service to ask why.
