Your "Global money" is a joke! Freezing one's money for 10 days with no end in the view demanding invoices for a personal account transfers you're a disaster worse than banks. Ignorant support service not answering a single question instead demanding endless explanations

Not as user friendly?

Not sure what these guys did since last year when I travelled abroad but there seemed to be unclear additional steps that delayed my fund transfer. Luckily I did it early but you have to really double check when the transfer is actually complete.
