ATM fee
I was charged 1000 baht by Wise for a withdrawal. I thought we had 2 free withdrawal per month approximately $50 Australian dollars for a withdrawal. That’s outrageous charge by Wise

Layout change
Wise was awesome until they just changed the layout of currencies in the app. Now it has become more difficult to view your wallet. Maybe something like revolut would be a better option. Wise really stuffed it up

The best money exchange app, Wise Money converter is very good, easy to use and very fast to deliver.
Do not trust the with your money
Extremely stressful experience. They held my funds for no valid reason. I had to report them to the regulator to get my funds back and even then it took them weeks to return my money.
Long transfer process
I had to transfer money very urgently, but unlike my previous transfers, although 11 hours have passed, my money still has not been deposited.

Positive easy
Never new about Wise but a friend told me about it. Easy to use sending cash to help across the planet.
Verification going wrong
When toggling to the message to gather the verification code (because it did not showed in the app). The app resets itself! Thought it was a fluke but after trying three times , it stated that I had tried too many times! Quirky to say the least! A bit scary if these issues happen while transferring money. Not very reliable!

Terrible experience
This bank does not seem to take responsibility when customers are scammed. Other banks make much more effort to protect your money and investigate fraud, but this bank was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend opening an account here
