Easy quick great value. We were repeatedly told to use wise it’s fantastic. As I was sceptical I also arranged a travel card through the bank but wise so easy quick decision my activate the banks card. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost after being hit with exorbitant fees on my credit card I’ll never travel again without wise

Wise provides so many services including sending wise money to business directly instead of just tapping your card. I love it and the exchange rate is better than what you get in person.

Was a really good product but randomly closed my account for no apparent reason and no explanation. Dreadful experience.
If you update an app every few days there is a major problem!!!
Every few days another update, this to me suggests there is a major problem with the spp snd competence of the the app developers. Cancelling my account as this must be a risky app.

Promised me a rate and then after sending money reduced my rate. First and last time using Wise!!
Promised me a rate and then after sending money reduced my rate even though I sent the money from my end. They came up with an error saying “Fix your transfer” . And the fix was asking about my source of income and annual income. That’s a scam funny reason to stop my transfer. If they really needed the information, they could have asked me before I sent the money.First and last time using Wise!! Better go for other options at least you can know the perfect rate beforehand.

Quick and easy. Sent money from my normal bank account to my wise account and was able to convert it in seconds. Got the in app card, as well as a physical card for shopping overseas. Excellent!

New app layout sucks
Great service and very useful, but the new app layout misses the mark. It used to be super simple to see your wallets and their balance, which should be the primary display. Now they are hidden in a tiny section on the home screen. Introduced a relative to the app, and they couldn’t figure it out, neither could i with the new layout. Not a good look.
