Absolute Nightmare to Deal With
This company has been non stop issues for me and almost completely unreliable and/or failing to deliver on their promises. If I operated this way in my business, I’d lose customers, reputation and probably have to pay them for my inability to deliver what I promised to deliver. I’ve spent countless costly hours on the phone with them, been hung up on and I absolutely do not recommend using them whatsoever. There are plenty of other alternatives.
I am relying on them while traveling abroad and they have let me down, screwed me around, failed to do what they promise to do, have terrible customer support and worst of all, wasted a lot of my time.

Don’t know how it could be any worse
In 2026, how can an app be any more useless? Verifying my ID to even open an account is impossible. The photos I take of my license and my face are perfectly clear but the app rejects them as not clear enough. There is no other way around it either. No other ID verification and no way to report a problem. The “Contact Us” button is just for a useless AI chatbot that can’t help.
