I’m disappointed
Very disappointed with this service. My transfer was marked as sent and completed, but the recipient never received the money. I contacted customer support multiple times, but no agent has been able to resolve my issue or provide a clear explanation. My money is missing, and I keep being told to wait without any real solution. I cannot recommend this service because when something goes wrong, they fail to take responsibility and resolve the issue.

Not the best
I tried to make the most of first transaction rate, but was limited to half the amount. So lost out on approximately £24. Then tried to send same amount again, but it won’t work. Yes their rate is better, but my experience as a customer is not. Western Union far more reliable!
Theft
They locked and said they were closing my account 2 months ago.
I asked why, they wouldn’t answer.
I asked to have the money in my wallet returned to me multiple times, 2 months later they still have my money.
