This is the worst app to use. They have the worst customer services ever. I will never recommend anyone to use and also I did refer someone to the app and then that person got signup and she managed to send the money successfully now they do not want to give me my $20 referral bonus. it will show high exchange rate and free transfer in your first initial remittance after getting registered the following remittance will be much lowe

What happened in Sendwave?
On or about 2 years ago, you implemented prohibitive changes that have prevented us from using your money transfer services. Instead of using Sendwave, we have been using predominantly Taptap Send, and occasionally WorldRemit.

Tried to use this company. Keep sending valid, non-fraudulent transfers that were cancelled with no explanation. Then they closed my Sendwave account. No explanation.

The company is not honest and will try to keep your money.
I had an account with them that included a digital wallet and they closed my account over three months ago.
I moved out of the USA in March of 2025 and tried to use my account to send myself money, all of the attempts to send to myself failed. However, for many months they did process the transfers to other people.
Anyways, they closed my account back in May and kept the money in my digital wallet. I called them and chatted with them and they kept saying that they would deposit the money back into my bank account. However, it has now been over 3 months and they still have not sent my money back to my bank account.
