I would like for you to know if you are send money over the weekend and something happened you are stuck for few days and someone able to tell you what’s going on than you decide whether to keep going or cancel which will take few days as well it happened with me 2 times it’s frustrating for sure specially when you send over 100 dollars it take them for ever to verify the information. JUST BE CAREFUL ALL I AM SAYING

Sendwave hires people on the street to convince you to install the app, promising an extra $20 on your first transfer. I signed up , but my experience was terrible.
My transfer was delayed for no clear reason, and the money was never sent. I even have a friend who had the exact same issue. When I contacted customer service, they weren’t helpful at all. The only answers is Just wait or Cancel the transfer.
If you need to send money quickly and reliably, I would not recommend using Sendwave. Based on my experience, they make promises to get you to sign up but fail to provide dependable service.
