I have been asked to send my documentation or proof of where my incime is coming from. I have sent numerous dicumentation yet still got deactivated! I have been using this app for 2years now with no problem and all of a sudden they have deactivated my account. The app processing verification is slow it is not the customers fault if sendwave process taking so slow to verify for customers account and be deactivated!

No real person to talk
It's more than a day and the transaction still on pending. Tried to reach out to them but no luck. After few days it delivered but the person in charge of gcash in the philippines said they never received it. Tried to talk to the send but still couldn't reach a real person. eventually they only told me the transaction was sent and they can't do anything about it. Money gone. Waste of time and money. no costumer service. 0 star if possible

Me a gustado mucho por lo fácil que es enviar dinero a una cuenta en Colombia ya que no tengo que ir a una tienda hacer envíos y que me quiten un porcentaje alto, estoy muy contenta con esta aplicación.
