Piden demasiados documentos para enviar simples $1000. Toman el dinero luego lo bloquean por dias hasta que envíes información confidencial. Por experiencia trabajando en agencias fisicas, ellos se roban las identidades para luego hacer envios por sus cuentas.

The worst App Ever
This is most unworthy app I have ever used for money transfer. Please do not use this app if you have any medical emergency. You will lose the patient still won’t have the access to the funds. Connecting and chatting with customer service is as good as reading their standard sop/bkm.
The Worst Service
I sent a money using this app and it’s a total mess. They are really cheating us. They deduct the money and then it takes 5 days to get into the recipients account. Do not use this app if you are sending the money for medical emergency. Talking to customer service is another worst experience where you won’t get anu resolution than just hearing standard statements. There are really cheating the people. Do not use this service.

No devuelven el dinero
Hice 2 transacciones, las cuales cancelé porque demasiado tiempo para que la enviaran, la primera agarraron el dinero del banco y en la segunda no, llevo casi un mes querido que me reintegren el dinero y no lo hacen he llamado muchísimas veces he esperado en line más de 40 minutos para que cada operador me diga algo diferente y no resuelvan mi problema, son 2000 dólares y ellos no llevan el control de los movimientos que hacen con los bancos es un pésimo servicio he usado otras aplicaciones u son mejores
