I don’t understand why the transfer is taking to long to process normally takes 25 minutes

Is such an easy way to send money. I was always looking the best quick and easy way to send money from Australia to El Salvador and I’m so glad finding Ria.
Exaggerated transfer fee
I’ve been using this app for almost a year. It’s user-friendly and works reliably, and the transfer times are generally good.
The main downside is the transfer fees - they’re significantly more expensive than other similar apps for the same service. While you appear to offer a better exchange rate, the added service fee means customers still end up paying more overall.
I’d suggest introducing a fee-free allowance up to a certain amount, followed by a capped fee structure. Charging £3 for every £100 transferred doesn’t feel fair.
