Tech glitch

Mobile app is fine but there are some technical issues in website. I send referral to another person but website doesn't allow to register the account. Being a technical person, I know basic troubleshooting still it doesn'help to register. Your IT team needs lots of improvement.

Bad App experience

For a money centred company, your App has been nothing but a disappointment.
Simplifie it and make it a lot more user friendly let alone the higher rate of transaction fees. Not an happy impressed customer here. The rate is terrible!
