20 Days Wasted — Worst Verification & Support Experience
I waited 20 days for my video verification to be completed. My Aadhaar and PAN were already successfully verified through DigiLocker, but when it came to video verification, the Revolut app repeatedly crashed and showed technical errors, making it impossible to complete the process.
For 20 days, I kept contacting support and escalating the issue. Every time, I was told to wait another 24, 48, or 72 hours. I kept waiting and cooperating, but the problem was never resolved.
Then, on September 4th, I was told to either wait until Monday for verification to become available again or close my account and sign up again, because they supposedly couldn’t manually reopen the verification process. I followed their advice and closed the account.
And now, I can’t even log back in.
Even worse, if you are not logged in, there is apparently no proper way to contact support through the app. I tried using another number to sign up, and instead I was simply put on a waitlist.
So after wasting 20 days, I followed the solution suggested by Revolut itself, and now I am completely locked out.
I have also emailed their support, complaints team, and nodal officer, but despite all this, I still haven’t received a proper resolution.
For a financial service, this level of technical failure, poor communication, and customer support is completely unacceptable.
Extremely disappointed. I would give 0 stars if the option existed.

Waste of time, absolutely poor service
Or create an account and be prepared to waste countless hours of your time with chat support which keeps shuffling you to different “teams” with absolutely no resolution in sight.
