App Lacks Good GUI
The graphical user interface of this app is terrible! The back button takes you all the way back to the landing page. Just not a good customer experience! Brighton knows how to design and make great products, but they need to step up their app game.

Sorry Brighton. You app is awful. Many times it says “ can’t connect to internet.” Really? That is the apps first step!

Don’t waste your time on this app! Use the internet to shop or look at your account because this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It takes multiple steps see the products or your wish list and the “back” button always takes you to the main screen instead of your previous screen, which means you have to go through all the steps once again to get back to the place you were at. Incredibly annoying and inefficient!

Can't watch videos, they have to be downloaded? Who wants a video of jewelry anyway? I was looking for a catalog but I don't see anything that looks like a catalog. App looks like it was assembled by an noob.
Push notifications annoying
I receive multiple messages that are the same within seconds of each other. Last week received 9 within 5 minutes with the same message. Bring some value if you're going to send push messages.

Chaos
I had zero idea how to navigate through this app.. I deleted it within 24 hours.
Needs Fixing Desperately!
Cannot get app to work. Signed up for account but app gets stuck on loading screen and won't open. Will be deleting until I see the ratings go up and bugs are fixed. Too bad because I LOVE Brighton jewelry and was looking forward to the app!
Disappointing
I don't even know what this app is supposed to do. It just keeps saying it is loading and won't do anything at all. Love Brighton and very disappointed in this. Seems like they could do better.

This app is terrible. Very disappointing why do I need to download the pictures of the products I want to see. Every time I click on something it takes forever to open and then once you enlarge the picture you can't close it or get out of it to look at something else. And there's no wish list so I can email it to my friends or family.

Usually this app just spins and doesn't open. Pretty useless. I'm uninstalling.

When I zoom to see a picture there's no way to exit. Bummer!
