DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Do not order from this page. Item will never ship and then they won’t refund you for the item they haven’t shipped. Costumer service will just give you the run around about “working with their warehouse” but will never ship your item and will never refund you. Just save yourself the trouble and don’t order from them.

Do not buy from them
Shipping takes forever, horrible return policy. I wish I never spent any money here. Avoid!!
Disappointed
I ordered a presale item on 12/29/21 and have yet to receive the item (it’s 3/9/22). When I reached out to customer service about the item I was told to wait it out as it’s a vendor issue. No other options were provided as far as an apology for the delay or even the option to cancel the order as it has been well over the 4 week turn around time advertised.

Love the Styles, App is Fine, but…
I have been shopping with this boutique since 2018…
I LOVE the styles, in fact out of all the small boutiques, this one has my favorite styles. I’ve loved watching them grow as a small business (I also have a small business-and fully support the industry and boss babes).
I have been shopping with them since before they even had comment sold, let alone an app. And the app has made ordering convenient/efficient.
However:
I am sad that with the growth of the company, the overall policies and communication have seemed to waiver. I have never had any luck with ANY of my pre-orders, and asking any questions via email always leave me feeling like I did something wrong (even though to date, each has required a refund I was hesitant to even follow up on based on the prior emails).
I am currently waiting for two items that were either supposed to be an “instant turn around” or ready to ship early the next week from market (as it was NOT a made to order item).
There has been no communication about these items (they are not cheap) and when I’ve seen other ladies ask, which is the main reason I watch the lives now-in hopes someone else asks where the items are: they get a short, clearly annoyed, answer.
This is poor service for a small business that sells higher priced items, now.
And if I am scared to ask where the items I’ve been charged for are, It’s a sign it’s time to move on.
The mentality is almost very mLm LULAROE in that even an honest question is seen as negativity-and not tolerated.
This is my experience (I understand that it is NOT everyones).
But, just my honest feedback.
