Practically obsessed!!!!!
I started shopping at Z’s boutique last year, while I was very pregnant. But I don’t think a week has gone by since that I don’t make not 1 purchase per week but multiple! She can have all my money, she’s my go to! The clothes are amazing quality and materials! She reviews everything and does a try on haul so you see how it fits and she explains sizing! So she has made it so easy navigating my then very pregnant body, to now 4 months postpartum and all the many changes my body has gone through. Good thing is that most of the stuff I’ve been able to wear in all of these different transitions! because of the reviews, I’m able to make informed decisions on sizing. Zi is also super responsive and very fast to answer any questions you may have. Customer service is the best I have ever seen. I once created an order with the wrong card and she responded quickly, canceled the order held items so I can still purchase what I wanted and not miss out on my size... I mean Never have I seen any store or business operate like this! Then add the super fast shipping and this new app that makes shopping even easier! Love you Zi! Thank you for everything! Also app users gets earlier access on the new releases so there’s no excuse to be able to grab what you want!!!
