HOA Payments issues
This app and website are a waste of time. I strongly recommend hiring a new company to develop a more robust platform.
1. The payment service is consistently unreliable, especially when HOA dues are due.
2. Loading or retrieving information is extremely slow on both the app and website.
In short, invest in a solution that actually works.
