Useless
Got this to track my husband on his race day. The app ran just fine at home but on the day would not even open. Had to contact friends and family at home to message me with his location!
Poor App
Watching progress of participant, kept freezing! Hopeless! Runner got to 35km point at 03:26:07, app still hasn’t updated and time is now 03:50:00, shocking!
Brighton Marathon App
Inconsistent performance on the day with app frozen for some time. Photo search at the line not picking up the runner number entered so no pics of the finish. Very disappointing.
Dreadful
The app is awful. Do not rely on it to work! On the day of the marathon it wouldn’t even open for me-it just keep spinning on the home page. Loads of others saying the same. Those who could track their runner also said it was inaccurate so they kept missing them.
Disappointed
Froze regularly during the race so I was unable to accurately track my husband along the route. Closed out of the app and tried to reopen it but it failed to open at all so I was completely out of the loop. Attempted to open it again the next day its just stuck on the loading screen and still won’t open.
