I want to book an exercise class at Stockwell but only showing Knaresborough wellness centre. It was ok yesterday!
Access QR code won’t load for pay as you go
The app itself is good, but when you try to access the facilities using the app’s digital access card, the QR code doesn’t load.

Seemingly no way to set up an account for pay as you go.
PAYG - impossible to set up
It’s impossible to set up a PAYG account without starting a membership. Have tried phone, web and the app and it’s impossible to register on a pay as you go basis. Waste of time

Doesn’t accept valid email address
Trying to set up a new account and get to the point where I’m required to enter an email address but the app keeps insisting it isn’t valid when it clearly is. I’ve even cut and pasted my email address from a previously received email and it still insists it is invalid.

I don’t want to join Brimhams I only want to book the class I have been going to for 6 months. I’m willing to use the app but it keeps wanting me to join Brimhams. I only want to book and pay for this weeks session.
Membership
Do not seem to be able to book exercise classes without joining. However, all membership options require a subscription whereas currently classes are pay as you go
