WHERE DO I EVEN START
The delivery failed without any attempt at contact or any reason why. Then they force you to use the app just to be able to see the pickup location of the package. Then of course you have to make an account! When making an account you can register with the sketchiest looking 3rd parties or use phone number and email. Phone number is only for a few countries. Guess what, that’s not an options for me! The package was supposed to be a surprise for the recipient so I had to ruin it to ask to use their phone number and be sent the verification code. Tried 10 times and the code never sends.

Forced you to use the app and authentication services you never heard of
Title says it all. You will hate them within ten seconds after trying to use this. BankID please!!!!!
Frustrerande
Frustrerande att appen inte sparar tillagd information kring leveransuppgifter (portkod, våning och bostadstyp) - så fort jag lagt till dom försvinner dom och det får mig att undra om informationen verkligen går fram till de som behöver den och om mitt paket kommer kunna levereras.
En annan grej som är frustrerande är att jag inte kan ge feedback direkt i appen utan att behöva ladda ner ”iOS mail” appen - jag använder gmail appen så låt mig ge feedback antingen via ett enkelt formulär i appen eller via mitt val av email-app.
Annars är jag nöjd med appen! Bra information!

Poor Service
I see in the updates that it failed to deliver because address was incomplete. No way to update the address and they don’t even call.
Then I randomly see that’s it been dropped off at a pick up point without having received any notification about it.

What makes you think you can force me to create an account so I can track my package?
No, I don’t want to create an account. Almost every other parcel delivery company has tracking without the need to create an account, including Bring last time I used it. I’ve been using Instabox for years and they’ve never asked me to download an app or make an account with them. I’ll stick to using them in the future and avoid Bring when given the choice.
